How Does The System Work?

  • From our online portal, builders choose from different housing models and configure their selections, such as siding, roofing, and windows, as well as interior features like cabinets and floors.

  • Once designs are completed, construction documents are sent digitally to the building department for permitting.

  • Simultaneously, a complete Bill of Materials is generated and sent to our vendors for procurement and delivery to the job site. No more estimating and interpreting construction documents.

  • On the job site, the Shibusa-trained team completes the building, from framing to move-in-ready. MEP (Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems come pre-fabricated and pre-engineered to simplify connectivity on site, reducing dependency, expense, and time on MEP trades.

  • Our proprietary software tracks daily team member activities and progress with a feedback loop to continually improve the process for Shibusa builders across the country.
