TIMOTHY BRUMMETT

BIM Coordinator

Timothy joined Shibusa as our BIM Coordinator. From New York and California, from tiny homes to aerospace, Timothy has worked on it all. A graduate of UCLA, Timothy stays at the forefront of building information technology as he as for 30 years. As he puts it for his responsibilities: “Save your napkins for happy hour. The ability to explore materials, designs, and concepts then analyze their performance, feasibility, and logistics are the heart and soul of BIM.” When not working, Timothy attends AIA and historic home tours, builds LEGO and Minecraft castles with his son, or takes on home improvement projects.
